Wilfred was the first 35mm short feature produced by Duchy, completed in May 2000, funded by the National Lottery, Regional Arts funding, Tyne Tees Television, Film Industry suppliers and corporate sponsorship. Duchy Parade Films' Director, Peter M. Kershaw, has extensive experience in the independent film sector, and numerous television broadcast credits.
